Although Internet Explorer 3 is in many ways better than Netscape's
Navigator 3.0, it has got this major bug that forces me to use Netscape's
Navigator.
Occasionally he doesn't load a page with a questionmark behind it
(a so called search-pattern) ! To show you I've got this simple example !
The following page can show 5 different menu's, all 5 called with a number behind it !
If you doesn't give a number, it'll take the fifth menu ! Look:
Menu 5 without a number
Only the last one will work with Internet Explorer 3 !!
And I can't avoid it no way and that's the upper-left menu will only work half and the jukebox
works but you can't navigate !!
And that's a shame...
Another stupid thing is that Internet Explorer caches everything (like Netscape's Navigator)
but it doesn't check the server for updates, so you'll see a
daily-updated page only the first time properly, the rest of the time your surfing on your
Hard-disk ;-((( You doesn't even have to have Internet ;-)))
Thanks Microsoft !!
